BBC RADIO BERKSHIRE

I was completely shocked when I received an enquiry from BBC Radio Berkshire! They wanted to call me in the afternoon for one of Bridgitte Tetteh’s daily segments. Telling a funny work based experience I have had. It didn’t even need to be bubble related. I told them about the time I performed at a birthday party which was at the park next to their school. I bent down to pick up my bubble sticks half way through my show and my shorts split. Luckily all the children were in front and the parents behind me. They all noticed and started laughing. luckily they didn’t say anything but the children didn’t understand what was so funny. I apologized and laughed it off.

It was very nerve racking to go onto the radio and talk. Trying to explain something, in the way it happened, LIVE on radio. I stuttered and couldn’t get my words out. I really do lack confidence, but it was a fun experience nun the less. It’s one of those surreal moments when you have to pinch yourself ‘is this really happening’!

Here is the link to go and listen. It wont be accessible for long but I will upload a recording soon. I am at 1 hour 40 minutes into the recording.
